PKRxiv overarching goals
- To serve as the gold-standard resource for pharmacometricians looking for robust data to quality pharmacokinetic models for a broad range of therapeutics across different populations.
- To provide reliable, globally representative benchmark for pharmacokinetic parameters for therapeutics in key populations through harmonisation, pooling and meta-analysis of published data.
- To provide the global clinical pharmacologists community with a bespoke platform to satisfy funders’, institutional and publishers’ requirements for open data sharing.
