Data Sharing Steps
Prepare study
Step 1
Click on the ‘Contribute data’ button and login with your PKRxiv account details when prompted, or create a new account.
Add study metadata
Step 2
Use the PMID or DOI to search and add the metadata of the published article where data were originally reported. Confirm the accuracy of abstracted metadata.
Prepare PK data
Step 3
Prepare data using the PKRxiv Data Curation template, save file on your local computer, and upload using the data upload button. Upload additional files for pharmacogenetics and safety/efficacy datasets, if applicable.
Data reviewed & approved by DAC
Step 4
Confirm any embargo period to apply, apply a data sharing model, and submit data for review and approval by PKRxiv team.
Data Management Workspace
Step 5
On submission, your request will be sent to the PKRxiv team for consideration. The Data Management Workspace allows users to manage data requests, including approval status and download link.
